Problems / Challenges:
- No unified e-commerce for buying tally utilities for B2B Partners
- Their previous platform used by them were very vulnerable and were subjected to continuos cyber attacks, forcing them to bring it down.
- Previous platforms were very unorganised and not in order with design thinking principles.
- Tally softwares as a package along with detailed guides are niche market and had little or no vendors to help B2B partners deliver utilities in short notices.

- TallyMitra aims to reduce the need for manual utility creation for Tally TDL by selling the source code on subscription basis like packages in a SaaS fashion, including 500+ types of features and independent utilities, along with documentations, video guides and more.
- TallyMitra provides real-time utilities saving hundreds of hours of time for the limited set of developer community for TDL which is anyway burdened with huge number of constant projects and support.
- The software is designed to help business stay relevant with SaaS Market and other financial reporting requirements by automatically generating reports, analytics, triggers, entire platform management from one streamlined place.
