  • In order to address these issues, we helped our client build a flexible and a transparent loyalty program portal for any existing loyalty points provider or a new loyalty points provider.
  • The business partners could manage their consumer redemption and flexibly manage the points conversion too.
  • We offered the perfect loyalty points reward! Gold and silver, this helped us resolve the transparency issue for the consumers.
  • These rewards could be collected, stored or used through an app again developed by us.
  • Customers can redeem their points with ease, for instance, customers might need to pass through many hoops or navigate a challenging website, which can be a frustrating and time-consuming process.

  • Flexible options for sign up, be it an existing loyalty points provider or a new loyalty points provider (Here after LPP).
  • Dashboard with analytics of redemption trends, wallet balances, expected spike in redemption, top consumers and vouchers.
  • Bullion wallet, cash wallet and float wallets were provided to the LPP.
  • Float wallet helps the LPP to get cash float to a limit.
  • The LPP can view all consumer redemptions, manage consumers.
  • They can also manage currency points (conversion rate) at any time, and create vouchers.
  • They can also view the activity logs of the whole portal.
