Introduction

As a brand that sells all over the country, Paragon needs little or no introduction in the Indian subcontinent. The company firmly believes that its greatest strength is staff and distributors. With 140,000,000 pairs of footwear sold per year, managing a huge business like this physically isn’t easy. It requires proper management tools and planning to run the functioning in business smoothly. To obtain all details regarding the company’s sales, demand, profit, stock, number of visitors, and potential customers, we were approached to create a portal for an end to end franchise management system

Challenges:

  • Managing all franchise & franchise operations (including franchise onboarding) from one place became more complex than ever.
  • Implementation of above solution in SAP would cost a very exorbitant amount and high recurring costs.
  • It needed a lot of time to collect and analyze data from different distributors and loss of sync.
  • There was no streamlined method to manage all sales reports, all stocks, orders placed, inventory management, GRN Master and much more.
  • They needed multiple user types with different privileges within the same portal with custom access management controls.

Duration:

The portal was designed and developed in a span of 4 months, while the requirement collection and project planning took 1 month.

Technologies used:

The technologies used were PHP in the back-end, react js in the front-end, and tally TDL utility to pull data out of franchise systems and upload to our cloud where we ran powerful algorithms to obtain critical analytics essential to operate business & track KPIs and also consistently push updated data to tally and keep it in Sync end-to-end.

Features:

  • This portal can be used by three parties: Super Admins, Admin, and Franchisor.
  • As a franchisor, we can add any paragon distributors and they would be submitting the sales report and stock report.
  • We can list the product in the Product module, each product has a unique product name (SKU).
  • In the product master option, we can upload an excel file of records of particular retail shops’ details.
  • They can also delete products by giving SKU details.
  • The pricing of products can also be revised and changes can be made such as discounts.
  • It doesn’t end there, they can also delete any kind of report in case of any mistake. They also have the option of an activity log which keeps a track of user login history.
  • We can bulk upload products, list them in detail, search, sort across inventory and more.
  • We can upload the GRN master, Track CTAs and more.
  • Get detailed sales reports, stock reports, custom reports based on filters and business requirements, across 25+ variable factors.
  • Detailed activity logs to track the portal activities end to end and more smooth management.
